Hi guys

I'm hoping to hear from members from the various Singaporean gyms which have MMA classes. I'm a little tired of attending MMA classes where more than 50% of the class consists of physical training (which I can very well conduct by myself without paying a gym fee, thanks very much).

I have a considerable amount of grappling and striking experience and I'm looking for a class that has a good deal of MMA sparring. You could say it's catered towards more advanced students. Read more about Regarding MMA Classes...

Hi Everyone. Just a big thanx to all who have been training with me down at Bedok. It has been awesome. First session Was just me and Izzy, with another guy just watching. next session there were four, then eight, then eleven and ten on saturday. I am having a ball, though this Aussie is still struggling a bit with the Singlish accent and names.
