Shine Fights has been forced to move its Friday event featuring an eight-main lightweight tournament to the First Council Casino in Oklahoma after Virginia denied the promotion a license.

The opening round includes Carlo Prater vs. Rich Crunkilton, Kyle Baker vs. James Warfield, Marcus Aurelio vs. Dennis Bermudez, and Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett vs. Drew Fickett.
