im very interested in learning MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing or any other forms of martial arts. the only issue are the following:

1.Im 38 years old- is that considered OLD? im worried my classmates will be kids and highschool students and i will start to look like uncle in the gym

2.I'm fat and not in tip-top shape-do i need to loose weight first before joining?

3.I'm 5"11" - which do you think is the best discipline for me to take advantage of my height?

4. i work on shift and i am only available morning to train (8am-12am) any gyms to recommend?
