I'm new here.

Got to noe of MMA thru an aricle recently. Seems interesting to me. Wanna join to keep fit. Would appreciate all infos given.

1) I'm old, short(165cm), fat and unfit. Can i still join MMA?

2) Is there any criteria to join MMA? Issit a muz to noe basic of thai boxing or any other martial art?

3) Is there any equipment which i muz have before i join MMA?

4) Can any kind soul provide me the locations for MMA schools? Or at least a lilnk to the locations of sch? ( no need for fame or anythin, coz i would wanna choose 1 which is nearer to my home)

5) As my working hrs are long, i can only find time on Sun evenin after 5pm. Are there any schs offering class on such a timing?
