Hi guys

I'm hoping to hear from members from the various Singaporean gyms which have MMA classes. I'm a little tired of attending MMA classes where more than 50% of the class consists of physical training (which I can very well conduct by myself without paying a gym fee, thanks very much).

I have a considerable amount of grappling and striking experience and I'm looking for a class that has a good deal of MMA sparring. You could say it's catered towards more advanced students.

Any suggestions/feedback/comments would be appreciated. And please no standard marketing shill from Evolve =)

Hi there. How many gyms/or where have you trained before?

I have trained at Fight G and FWA. I read a comment on their site forum that Evolve's MMA classes have gone down a similar route of being filled with complete beginners. Any truth to that?

Hey, i'd like to hear the opinions of others as well. Been to Fight G and a couple of smaller places that are focused only on muay thai, but have yet to find 'home', preferably in the west/central area.

Any suggestions?

I'm now training at Impact MMA in Shenton Way.

I think for the group classes, conditioning is a big part. That's the way in the gyms I train overseas as well.

I think if you just want for sparring/techniques, you need to organise personal training.
