Welcome blink!
Don't be afraid, size isn't everything! Especially in MMA!
Both gyms you mentioned are ok for a beginner. As always, I recommend pay them a visit, do a try out, don't sign up on the spot no matter what! Hear me? NEVER on the spot!
Come home, think about it, put the options in balance, give yourself a couple of days, then make your choice.
Also, there are other places besides those where you can also learn good bjj, some also have muay thai classes.
Good luck!

Hey blink, Im 14 years old and I may be joining fightworksasia after my streamings. Hopefully.
Size doesnt matter my friend. Matt Serra from the UFC is only 168cm but he owns. Im 165cm. Im also interested in joining MMA. MMA would be a better choice for you because boxing needs strengh while MMA requires mostly techniques.
