Martial Combat MMA @ Sentosa?

Found this article while doing my regular MMA reading.
Asia’s ESPN Star Sports has announced a new partnership with World Resort Sentosa of Singapore to form a new mixed martial arts organization called Martial Combat, which is set to make its debut in May, 2010.

Well... for stater who ever owns world resort sentosa (genting I think) must be a big fan of money not mma, they would also like to have a strip club (read: cash machine), but they're not allowed to.
Then suddenly WMAF (world martial arts federation) in singapore got formed...?!?
What next... oh yeah, they contacted ESPN and presented the opportunity, ESPN started playing ball without knowing that wmaf (despite its name) is all and only about taekwondo, has nothing to do with MMA. Luckily they'll be getting URCC to do the real work.
ESPN will push WMAF as the official sanctioning body in
Singapore for the fights. In exchange they want wmaf to find refs and judges locally heh good luck with that, most likely they'll bring in people from HK or Manilla.

i dunno man.as long there's MMA event in singapore then i think its okay even they dont really care about MMA.but i think they must be able to communicate with the mma fans in singapore and get our opinion and ideas on the event.anyway,i skimmed the article but didnt spot the WMAF part.hmm..
and i think martial combat doesnt sound really attractive or MMAish. LOL. if i were them i wud buy the pride fc brand from UFC and resurrect it back.haha .talk about cash machine.

yeah this event is going down for sure...
URCC (Universal Reality Combat Championship) is doing an amazing job with the May 12th event in Sentosa...
i will be one of the fighters actually, so hope everyone is as excited as i am for this event... i dont know how to get tickets or any of that, you can visit www.URCCMMA.com and ask them for guidance on where to get tickets and all that...
not sure who ill be fighting...
